It is a combination of compound strength training moves (pushups, dips, pullups) followed by cardio (lateral stepping) followed by active recovery with isolation exercises like Equalizer front delt raise. Why 29 min- because 30 min is just way too long! :) |

Advanced Equalizer "Winshield Washer" Chinups Posted by: mlebert
Video duration: 46 seconds This one is a bit more advanced than regular Equalizer pullups. I really like the circles and coming up to one side. The focus is on one arm but the other arm is working too. One arm by itself is very difficult so this is a great one to build up to it. Plus you can do negatives quite nicely! |
