Video duration: 46 seconds This one is a bit more advanced than regular Equalizer pull-ups. I really like the circles and coming up to one side. The focus is on one arm but the other arm is SPOTTING. One arm by itself is very difficult so this is a great one to build up to it. Plus you can do negatives quite nicely! |
